Mission: The mission of Healthy Beginnings is to provide a cost effective nurse home visitation program that will promote healthy pregnancy outcomes, child health, growth, and development, and self sufficiency for program eligible families. The effects of this program will benefit generations to com as these parenting skills are passed from generation to generation.

How United Way Funds are used: United Way funding allows Healthy Beginnings to operate the program, resulting in improved lifestyles and parenting practices for families served. United Way not only allows Healthy Beginnings program to exist, but also allows opportunities for all agencies to network, cooperate, and act in the best interest for all within the service area.
