Mission:  The mission of Royal Family Kids Camp is to create positive memories for children of abuse and/or neglect ages 7-11 through a one week camping experience.

Programs/Services Provided:

Royal Family Kids Camp provides a one week camp experience for 52 foster children in Adams, Clay, Nuckolls, and Webster counties.  Over 50 volunteers accompanied them as counselors, nurses, aunts and uncles, and grandpas and grandmas.

How United Way Funds are used:  United Way funds allow Royal Family Kids Camp to carry out a one week camping experience for 50-60 children annually.  Funds are used to cover rental facilities and food, program supplies, sometimes needed clothing for the children for the week of camp as well as transportation to and from the camp site.
